Property Management Services
Our management division provides total hands-on management, covering all the day-to-day issues that arise in the operation of commercial real estate. Our bookkeeping and in-house management staff oversee all of the financial and personal contact issues necessary for efficient management services. We currently manage over 150,000 square feet of office, retail and professional space in Fairfield County, CT.
Our maintenance division oversees all of the day-to-day issues with respect to the maintenance and care of the properties we manage. We have a team of maintenance staff in the field on a daily basis. Our maintenance services include, but are not limited to, 24-hour emergency service, prompt dispatch of our team in the field along with preventive and ongoing maintenance services.

Property Maintenance Services
The services we provide are listed below and can be adjusted to accommodate your specific needs.
On a year-round basis, and for one set monthly fee, we provide the following services at no additional cost to you:
- Complete lawn maintenance throughout the summer season … that to include the trimming of all shrubs, lawn feeding, and fertilizing.
- Continuous leaf clean up, as and when needed, throughout the fall season.
- Continuous snow plowing and sanding when necessary, as well as shoveling all walkways throughout the winter season.
- On a year-round schedule all parking lots will be cleaned on a weekly basis with a high-powered blower; this to include the removal of sand, paper, etc.
- A periodic report will be sent to you with various suggestions or recommendations as to items we see should be cared for as preventative maintenance.
- In addition to our complete property maintenance service, we also provide carpentry and repair services of any nature as well as 24-hour emergency service.
