May 2008: SCA Sells 222 Post Road West, Westport, CT.

The 22,000 square foot retail property is home to Maurice Villency furniture and was sold to a Westport, CT based investor group. Steve Crowley of SCA represented both the seller and buyer. Also known as Dawid Square, and currently home to Friendly’s and Patriot National Bank, the property is undergoing a renovation that will convert 9,000 square feet of office space into retail space.
