S.C.A. Commercial Real Estate & Equity Management was founded by Steve Crowley over 25 years ago. What started as a local “shop” has evolved into a full service commercial real estate firm serving all of Connecticut, Westchester County, NY, Long Island, New York City and New Jersey.

Our firm has been built upon a foundation of market knowledge, credibility with owners and tenants and a well developed understanding of the various components of commercial real estate transactions. We bring our abilities, experience and relationships to the table in negotiating transactions, consulting in the planning and zoning process, implementing expansion strategies, and marketing and managing properties.

Over the years, our firm has completed transactions with many of the area’s most active investors and developers in both the retail and office segments of the market. We have also concluded transactions with many of the leading national retail chain store tenants as well as numerous regional and local retailers. Our attention to detail and superior level of service have enabled us to handle multiple transactions on behalf of many of our clients.
